Lobster and corn Fritters
Pre-prep. Instructions: If using whole raw lobsters, steam, cool and remove meat.
For this recipe you will need about 3- 1 ¼ lb. Lobsters.
Equipment needed: Deep Fryer or Heavy Dutch Oven
