Grilled turkey cutlets
with Peach chutney
Pre-prep. Instructions:
Prepare peach chutney
Equipment needed:a good Meat mallet

Directions:
1. To prepare the cutlets, pound them between layers of plastic wrap with a meat mallet to flatten to a 1/4 inch thickness evenly. 2. Prepare Marinate. Combine in a bowl, the soy sauce and the next nine (9)ingredients to the fresh cilantro. 3. Marinate the cutlets for no more than 1/2 hour. 4. Remove the cutlets from marinate and whip off any excess. Season with salt and pepper. Cook on a preheated grill or broiler for about 2-3 minutes per side. Serve with peach chutney.
