Directions:
1. Season tuna with salt and pepper to taste, brush with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Grill tuna on preheated grill to desired doneness. 2. Toss the Mesclun the balsamic vinaigrette and place on plates, top with grilled tuna and serve with tomato chutney.
