A vegetable related to both cabbage and turnip families. Also know as rapini, rape, and brocoletti di rape. It is a mostly leafy green vegetable with small broccoli-like florets. Broccoli raab has a pungent, bitter flavor that is particularly good sautéed with garlic and oil.
