Directions:
1. Prepare the Chutney. 2. To Make Paillardes, pound the chicken breast between layers of plastic wrap, with a meat mallet to about 1/4 inch evenly. 3. Combine olive oil, orange juice, lemon juice, garlic, basil, Salt and pepper. 4. Add chicken paillards to marinade for no more than 1/2 hour in refrigeration. 5. Preheat grill or broiler; Grill the chicken until cooked through. 6. Serve the paillards with the orange chutney.
