1. Squeeze the cloves out of the bulb(s) they should be soft like puree 2. Combine all of the ingredients; incorporate by hand or with an electric mixer. 3. Roll the butter into a cylinder in parchment paper or plastic wrap. Or using a pastry bag, pipe rosettes onto sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
